Howard and Melanie (we) are partners in real estate and the owners of The Goff Team. We love the opportunities and flexibility that real estate has opened up to us, which allows us not only to meet the needs of our clients, but that of our three kids. We love what we do and how we do it! Our relationship with our clients goes beyond the close of their sale or purchase. As agents and as a team we strive to connect with, serve and keep our clients as life time customers.

Howard Goff – Team Leader/Certified Negotiation Specialist

Howard, with over 10 years experience in real estate, has put together one of the top teams in Clark County. A graduate of the David Eccles School of Business (University of Utah), Howard oversees the entire team. As a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE®) he assists all our agents with negotiations from Purchase and Sale Contract through Inspection Issues to the Close of Purchase. In addition, Howard manages the listing department. His high energy level, enthusiasm, industry training and 14 years experience in marketing have given him an edge to successfully compete in today’s market. Howard loves to spend time with his kids, capture photos of their sports or activities and volunteers at their school teaching math and science.

Melanie Goff – Owner/Lead Real Estate Specialist

With a degree in management and design from SUNY Purchase University, Melanie is an invaluable asset to The Goff Team. Her clients appreciate her professional knowledge of the market and keen eye for detail. Melanie uses her 15 years in customer service to oversee and train the entire buyer specialist team, to ensure that every client receives the same level of customer care. In addition, Melanie lends her design background and intimate knowledge of showings to consult sellers with home preparation and staging. Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, sharing in their various activities and volunteering at their school.

Kaisa Slotten – Real Estate Specialist

From the initial buyer consultation to securing the purchase contract for your dream home, Kaisa’s hard work, dedication and infective optimism will make your home search enjoyable. In addition to completing the Keller Williams Buyer Mastery program, Kaisa is one of the earliest members of The Goff Team, giving her access to a wide range of training, knowledge and experience. Kaisa combines this with her care of people to create a superior level of customer service and care. She loves spending time with her friends, family and puppy, Onyx.

Vicky Davis – Agent Assistant & Transaction Specialist

Vicky is the “hub” around which all else flows. She assists each agent and manages the contract-to-close phase of all transactions. As a licensed assistant with experience in real estate, Vicky knows exactly what has to happen for each transaction to proceed smoothly.
